Our Story

Over the last number of years, Keeper Solutions have expanded their R&D facility and identified that there was a growing demand for an easy-to-use platform for issuing stock options or profit shares for team members, whether they are employees, contractors, and even outsourced team members, regardless of their location.

At Keepr, we believe in a future where everyone who contributes to a company’s success can share in its financial rewards. By making stock options and profit-sharing accessible to all, we aim to build a more motivated, cohesive, and engaged workforce. Our Story

At Keepr, we’ve evolved from our roots in global service delivery, particularly with fintechs, into leaders of employee incentive plans through our easy-to-use platform. Recognizing a gap in how stock options and profit shares were distributed, we saw that team members from developers to contractors, often integral to a company’s success, were left without a share in the financial rewards. This realization sparked the expansion of Keeper Solutions’ R&D facility, where we developed the Keepr platform to address this misalignment.

The Keepr Mission

Keeper Solutions has been working in global service delivery mainly with fintechs over the years. We noticed that while Technology Service firms typically provide much of the design/development capability to VC-funded product companies, their developers rarely are offered stock options, despite wanting to. We feel this is a type of global misalignment which we have addressed with the Keepr platform.  Secondly, we felt that there is great scope for profitable firms to engage in profit-share with their entire team.
