Our Story

Over the last number of years, Keeper Solutions have expanded their R&D facility and identified that there was a growing demand for an easy-to-use platform for issuing stock options or profit shares for team members, whether they are employees, contractors, and even outsourced team members, regardless of their location.

The Keepr Mission

Keeper Solutions has been working in global service delivery mainly with fintechs over the years. We noticed that while Technology Service firms typically provide much of the design/development capability to VC-funded product companies, their developers rarely are offered stock options, despite wanting toWe feel this is a type of global misalignment which we have addressed with the Keepr platform.  Secondly, we felt that there is great scope for profitable firms to engage in profit-share with their entire team.
